Title: Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly up to $60 per hour or Salaried up to $103,000 annually)

Your Role & Responsibilities
Evaluate the client’s QA services and capabilities, identifying areas of improvement
Recommend strategic actions to address gaps and inefficiencies
Design and implement new test automation frameworks or enhance existing ones
Create robust automation scripts for both functional and load testing
Lead test data coordination and execute test events
Analyze and report findings, ensuring actionable feedback is shared with key teams
Develop and document reusable QA assets, providing a clear knowledge transfer path to internal resources
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
Strong background in quality engineering or quality assurance
Proficient in test automation and scripting for both functional and performance testing
Experience designing or refining automation frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams
Bonus Points If You Have:
Certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma, ISTQB)
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
Hands-on experience with test data management and CI/CD pipelines
Education & Certifications You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
Relevant certifications in QA or quality systems are a plus but not required
