Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std’s certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Quality Supervisor, you will oversee a team dedicated to ensuring our high standards are met. Your team will compare defects against standards and recommend disposition. You will participate in team meetings, and your team will collect, organize, and analyze project data, verify corrective action implementation, and verify the implementation of rework. Additionally, your team will perform audits, determine and manage the handling of “returned products”, and author QA processing documentation. We’ll rely on you to guide your team in determining and evaluating root causes and corrective actions, ensuring the highest quality in our products and processes.

Participate in direct Program Quality activities supporting cross-functional engineering teams and development activities.
Compare defects against standards and recommend disposition.
Collect, organize, and analyze project data, participating in team meetings.
Verify corrective action implementation and perform audits.
Verify implementation of rework and generate/verify traceability information.
Author QA processing documentation and verify compliance with defined processes.
Determine and manage the handling of returned products.
Participate as a member of a concurrent engineering team and in concurrent engineering development.
Determine/evaluate root cause and corrective action.
Mentor other personnel and provide work direction to lower level QA personnel, PQS’s, and inspectors.
Review drawings for conformance to requirements and generate PQA digest and material quality requirements.
Initiate corrective action plans and interface with coworkers, DCMA, and customers.
Lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring to the table:

Fully proficient electrical or mechanical technology
Exceptional knowledge of standards – ISO 9001:2000, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
Proficient understanding of contractual quality requirements and flow down.
Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001:2000, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
Familiarity with program contractual requirements and flow down to suppliers/sub-contractors.
Proficient in engineering practices to enhance quality, configuration management, and change management procedures.
Understanding of organizational and business policies, procedures, processes, and government regulations.
Skilled in the use of basic inspection/measurement tools and PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Knowledge and understanding of documentation, processing, and production paperwork.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to use specific computer production tools.

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range: USD $110,175.00 – USD $119,213.00 /Yr. Company Overview:
