We are looking for Quality Assurance Graduate to join our growing team in ICM Navan. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. You will receive in house training working closely with onsite team.
Opportunity Details
As a Quality Assurance Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience to the full range of factory operations, developing a strong understanding of how each process contributes to overall product quality and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to apply quality principles in a dynamic manufacturing environment while building valuable technical and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities and learning areas include:
Candidates will gain an understanding of all processes within the factory and will be able to relate these learnings to different aspects of factory quality assurance.
Daily, weekly, monthly schedule sampling
Sample preparation
Laboratory liaison
Micro review
Managing certification
Calibration Scheduling
Process Auditing
Data Trending & Statistics
Documentation filing
Knowledge & Experience
We are looking for graduates that are:
Passionate about working in the food industry
Able to work effectively on their own using creativity and initiative and in a team environment which is often fast paced and customer driven
Keen on detail
Great communicators with the ability to influence others
Highly computer literate
Holding a full driving licence is desirable
