Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, quality control, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with CGMP standards and internal quality systems.
Oversee quality control processes including quality inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
Manage projects related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
Experience
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 13485, CGMP, QA/QC processes, and FDA regulations.
Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with fabrication processes related to product development is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
