Quality Assurance Coordinator Adult Residential Services
About the Role: The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in upholding and advancing the quality of Amegos programs and services. This position works collaboratively with teams across the organization to evaluate program performance, address quality concerns, and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Director of QA and indirectly to the Vice President of QA, the QA Coordinator is an integral member of the Quality Assurance Team, helping Amego maintain compliance, optimize processes, and enhance the delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement systems to evaluate and monitor quality across programs.
Plan, conduct, and document audits and program reviews to ensure readiness for regulatory evaluations.
Document, track, and support the completion of action plans aimed at addressing identified areas for improvement.
Ensure policies and procedures align with regulations and remain effective.
Coordinate and facilitate Human Rights Committee meetings to achieve objectives.
Review and analyze incident reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Investigate complaints of human rights violations and gather supporting documentation for corrective actions.
Build and maintain positive relationships across departments to foster a culture of quality and accountability.

A minimum of five years of experience in human services, with management experience preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
