Job Summary
This position will manage N.E.T. & Die’s customer service health. This position will manage and analyze customer requests for quote thru order entry. This position reports directly to the President.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily estimating activity with Manufacturing and Engineering staff
Analyze pricing and delivery on customer orders to maximize company profits and customer satisfaction
Coordinate customer engineering drawings and routings to ensure quality of manufactured products
Fields customer RFQs for compliance and resolves discrepancies
Assist with estimating machined and fabricated components and assemblies
Run ERP reports for on time tracking
Manage overall account relationships for existing and new customers to ensure excellent customer service during discovery, sales and aftersales service and maintenance of the account.
Establish and monitor metrics for customer satisfaction
Analyze customer portfolio and investigate new sales channels
Respond to customer inquiries as needed
Coordinate product development with customers
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets
Familiar with Google suite of products, a plus
Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in reading manufacturing drawings
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, supervisors, and employees
Adaptable, Flexible
Detail oriented, detail oriented, detail oriented!
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

Open to travel as needed (less than 10%)
