Key Responsibilities
- Quality Inspections of all houses under the Schemes outlined above.
- Completion of Final QA Documentation for each house once the snags are completed
- Communicating with Homeowners to explain what works have been upgraded (e.g. window replacement, EWI, IWI, cavity wall insulation, heat pumps).
- Paperwork Accuracy — ensuring that all paperwork is completed and submitted accurately for each house as part of the handover package.
- Snag Trend Analysis — reviewing recurring snags and collaborating with Project Managers to resolve them.
Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience in building surveying or a similar construction-related role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Full EU driving licence required.
