Job Description
Monitor process and perform routine QC checks to ensure operation process is in control and product meets standards set by the company.
Maintain compliance with all USDA regulations
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High school graduate or equivalent
Meat or poultry plant experience desirable
Ability to read, understand and implement written instructions & procedures
Proficient in basic math skills (calculators)
Good communication skills and must be able to work effectively in a group setting
Ability to work independently
Able to make decisions regarding quality and wholesomeness of product
Flexible hours
