Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with strong expertise in API testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of QA experience with specific skills in REST API testing and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and execute automated tests for REST APIs (2-5 years experience required)
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts (5-10 years experience)
Perform functional testing and quality assurance activities (5-10 years experience)
Analyze complex systems and implement process improvements
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Document test results and report defects
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of professional QA experience
2-5 years of hands-on experience with:
REST API testing
API automation frameworks
Test scripting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of performance and load testing
Familiarity with Apple products and ecosystems
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite in Cork)
