About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive AI-powered quality engineering, reduce testing cycles, increase automation, and improve release confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement an AI-first QA strategy.
- Manage and mentor the QA team.
- Use AI to generate, prioritize, and optimize test cases.
- Drive automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and AI-powered tools.
- Integrate AI-driven testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Use AI for defect prediction, log analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Develop quality metrics and risk-based release recommendations.
- Collaborate with Developers and Product teams to improve software quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of QA/testing experience with 2+ years in leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong manual and automation testing experience.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, or ML applications in QA.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Mabl, Testim, Functionize, or OpenAI APIs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-generated test data.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
