Our top client is seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to join our team and support a leading provider of commercial property-casualty insurance solutions in the U.S. and Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge transformation initiatives and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

As the QA Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions, leading testing efforts, and coordinating with onshore and offshore teams. If you have a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter, automation testing, and test management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform requirements analysis, author functional test cases, and execute test cases to ensure software requirements are met.

Lead testing efforts for transformation initiatives and application portfolios.

Recommend and implement automation testing strategies, including creating and maintaining automated test scripts.

Manage defect tracking, including logging, reporting, and resolution.

Prepare test summary reports for each software release targeted for production.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with onshore and offshore team members.

Provide test management, metrics, and status reporting, including risk identification and issue escalation.

Obtain client approval for deliverables based on defined acceptance criteria.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QA Lead with expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter (required).

Strong knowledge of testing tools and automation testing.

Experience in defect management and test case execution.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage onshore/offshore teams.

Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

Guidewire Cloud Certification (preferred).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension.
