An excellent opportunity has opened up for a QA Lead to join a leading Financial Services client in Heerlen. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and a deep understanding of quality assurance in complex software environments.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in software testing and QA
Strong understanding of non-functional testing, including performance, security, stability, interoperability, and usability testing
Ability to define tailored test approaches across various contexts
Skilled in identifying product risks and translating them into effective QA strategies
Broad knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
Up-to-date understanding of modern QA and test automation trends, with the ability to implement improvements
Proficient in test specification techniques, adaptable across different contexts
Experience with coaching and mentoring teams
Strong QA mindset with a focus on risk and control, including related reporting
Knowledge of quality measures beyond testing, such as release management, code quality, process quality, documentation, and architecture
Ability to drive QA and testing improvements across the organisation
Familiarity with Bwise is a plus
