QA Lead – Java Selenium – Health Care Domain Jobs in Remote at I20 Technologies
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
· High School education
· Bilingual English <-> Spanish. High level fluency in both languages required.
· Customer service experience
· Professional phone etiquette
· Working knowledge and familiarity with United States geography and time zones
· Ability to multitask
Daily Responsibilities
· Monitor designated personal, Operations, and Quality Assurance inboxes
· Accurately input service requests as they are received by phone or email
· Coordinate services as assigned by Team Lead
· Contact providers, claimants, and the requestor following the service and update status in system
· Leave detailed notes on every assignment plan opened to relay what was done and/or who was contacted
· Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to another department or person if needed
Peripheral Responsibilities
· Communicate with Operations if assistance is needed during service coordination
· Report providers whose service is not up to HPT standards to the Provider Network Department
Miscellaneous Projects
· Occasional tasks or projects that are requested outside the current scope of the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
