About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team across manual and automation testing
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
- Drive automation initiatives and improve test coverage
- Integrate AI-based testing tools for smarter and faster QA processes
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams
- Perform test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Mentor team members and conduct performance reviews
- Handle client communication and stakeholder reporting
