Job Description
Implementation, development and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) in
accordance with ISO 9001 Standard.
Control, distribute and maintain of control document to ensure the issuance, distribution
and retrieval of obsolete and documents are performed as per ISO requirement.
Prepare, maintain and update all the QA/QC documents of project site to ensure the
standardization of work process, policy process and deployment measure.
Implementation, development and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) in
accordance with ISO 9001 Standard.
Control, distribute and maintain of control document to ensure the issuance, distribution
and retrieval of obsolete and documents are performed as per ISO requirement.
Prepare, maintain and update all the QA/QC documents of project site to ensure the
standardization of work process, policy process and deployment measure.
Prepare, maintain and compile relevant reports related to QA/QC Inspection, Testing and
assisting in compiling the final documentation for projects.
Control the flow of each documents, drawings, correspondence. (internal & external).
Coordinate with Certification bodies, industrial design and production team, testing labs,
client/consultant, subsidiaries on various activities related to QA/QC, QMS and final
documentation requirement.
Brief QA Inspectors and document controllers on QA/QC documentation and final
documentation required for projects.
Responsible to lead internal and external audit.
Administer QA department performance appraisals.
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and
international levels.

Management
