Role Description The QA Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nhơn Trạch district. This role is responsible for leading the quality assurance function, including developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems aligned with company and customer requirements. The QA Manager supervises QA staff, establishes inspection and testing procedures, and monitors production processes to ensure products meet specified standards. Daily responsibilities include analyzing quality data, managing nonconformities and corrective actions, coordinating internal and external audits, and collaborating with production, procurement, and engineering teams to improve product and process quality. The QA Manager also trains team members on quality standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports customer inquiries and certifications related to quality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, or related industrial standards) and experience implementing or maintaining them in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated skills in quality control methods, inspection and testing procedures, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
- Experience with data analysis, quality metrics, and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, procedures, and training materials in a structured, concise manner.
- Background in packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors; experience in paper, plastic, or flexible packaging is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions under time and production constraints.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a factory setting; experience supporting audits and customer visits is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Nhơn Trạch district and coordinate across shifts or production schedules as needed.
