We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance domain and implement advanced standards throughout the product lifecycle, with an emphasis on electronics manufacturing processes.
Job description
- Lead all quality assurance activities across the company
- Manage the QA team and oversee test planning, execution, and control
- Define and implement quality procedures, processes, and methodologies
- Establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Supervise development, manufacturing, and testing processes
- Analyze quality reports, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage CAPA processes (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Handle quality issues and customer complaints
- Conduct and lead internal and external audits
- Work with suppliers to improve material and product quality
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams
- Provide regular reports to senior management and the CEO
Reporting line: CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in QA, including managerial experience
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading quality processes and implementing QA methodologies
- Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO)
- Experience conducting quality audits
- High level of English (spoken, written, and reading)
