Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur for a QA Manager – Fabrics. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes for fabric production to maintain and enhance product standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production quality, supervising team members, ensuring compliance with quality regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality systems. The role also involves managing inspections, addressing quality issues, and working with vendors to ensure adherence to contractual quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of fabric testing standards, quality assurance processes, and industry regulations
- Experience in production quality monitoring and issue resolution
- Proficiency in managing vendor compliance and conducting inspections
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Control, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the textile or apparel industry is highly preferred
