Job Description
Overall Quality Assurance:
Take ultimate responsibility for denim product quality, ensuring compliance with standards across all factories.
Manage the entire factory quality, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and processes from raw material to shipment.
Identify areas for quality enhancement, initiating improvements from the R&D stage.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and guide the QA team, including zone managers.
Plan and allocate manpower based on production volume and machine capacity.
Manage and oversee one complete cut-to-pack quality unit, ensuring trim quality meets AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards and on-time delivery.
Production Quality Control:
Actively participate in the entire production process, from development and fit approvals to pre-production meetings and ongoing quality monitoring.
Conduct on-site inspections at various production stages (inline, mid-line, final inspection).
Manage external quality audits, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
Process Improvement & Training:
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including new process implementation and training.
Conduct regular quality reviews, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement
Experience:
More than 10 years of management experience in the garment industry, specifically with a focus on Knit products.
Extensive experience in managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
Skills:
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Comprehensive technical knowledge of denim garment sewing and washing processes.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Education: University degree.
Language: Fluent English communication skills.
