Title: QA Manager/Tester Leader – Up to $3000

Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the quality of our software applications.

Ensure that all testing is carried out in accordance with industry best practices and standards.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy

Coordinate all applications testing teams to ensure that testing is carried out in a timely and efficient manner

Work closely with the development team to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process.

Develop and maintain testing metrics to measure the effectiveness of the testing process.

Identify and report on any risks or problems found during testing as soon as possible.

Provide regular reports to onshore managers on the status of testing and any issues or concerns.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Excellent English communication, previous experience working directly with European and American customers.

Minimum of 7 years experience in software testing, with 3+ years in the leading and mentoring position for the team of 10 members

Strong test management, strategy build up, execution monitoring and reporting is required

Strong background in automation testing for large systems, using Ranorex is an advantage

Strong knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices.

Knowledge of Azure, MS SQL, capable of building queries to process large data.

Experience with ControlM, JIRA, SharePoint and ServiceNow a plus.

Understanding of Finance Industry is a plus.

Salary: Negotiate. Upto 80M gross

Package: At least 13 months/ year. Review periodically following company policy.
