Responsibilities:
Design and execute manual test plans for new features.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues found during testing.
Work closely with developers and analysts to ensure high-quality deliveries.
Participate in requirement and user story reviews.
Report testing results and create clear documentation in English.
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before each release.
Suggest improvements to testing processes and workflows.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester.
Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies (black-box, functional, regression, smoke, etc.).
Experience with test management tools (such as TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Intermediate to advanced English skills (able to read technical documentation and communicate with global teams).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Basic knowledge of SQL or developer tools (Postman, DevTools).
Previous experience in tech companies or multicultural environments.
