What Awaits You
You will act as one of the quality champions of an agile team, responsible in maintaining high development quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in enhancing overall software quality
Work with other Manual testers, QA Lead, Developers and Business Analysts to meet business objectives
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for our CRMs based on Salesforce and MuleSoft tech leading platforms
Test Plan Development: Ability to develop comprehensive test plans that cover functional, integration, system, and regression testing
Test Case Creation: Expertise in creating detailed test cases and test scripts aligned with business requirements
Defect Tracking and Reporting: Experience in defect tracking and using tools like JIRA or similar for reporting and documenting issues
Quality Assurance Best Practices: Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies and best practices in a Salesforce and MuleSoft environment
Performance Testing Experience: Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques, especially in the context of Salesforce applications
Create and maintain documentation of delivered artefacts
What Should You Bring Along
University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
At least 3 years of experience with manual testing
Proven experience as a QA in complex business environments with multiple integrated systems
Strong expertise in functional testing and API testing
Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools)
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers
Experience working within Agile, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices
Familiarity with CRM business processes related to retail sales for automotive industry is a plus
Knowledge in using or administering Salesforce / MuleSoft platform is a plus
Knowledge of automation testing concepts is a plus
Excellent English verbal and written skills
