Job Summary:
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through effective manual testing practices. You will design test cases, identify and report bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong QA mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential. This role also involves mentoring junior testers and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop technical and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve simple and recurring issues
Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to deliver features within deadlines
Demonstrate a strong quality mindset throughout the development lifecycle
Design and develop new manual test cases
Analyze testing results; identify, isolate, interpret, and report defects
Manually execute test runs when necessary
Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in the product
Mentor and support less experienced team members
Maintain and improve testing guidelines and practices
Follow internal processes and quality standards
Tackle and resolve challenging problems with a high success rate
Create and maintain comprehensive internal technical documentation
Actively participate in community-driven decision-making
Knowledge and Experience:
Proven experience in manual testing and creating test plans for complex systems
Strong QA mindset with a focus on quality at every stage
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
