🔹 Test and validate AI-enabled workflows, including prompting, memory, tool/function calling, and guardrails
🔹 Perform exploratory, regression, and adversarial testing to identify risks, defects, and unexpected AI behavior
🔹 Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to improve reliability, transparency, and resilience
🔹 Work with modern Python-based technologies, Agile delivery practices, and industry-leading automation platforms
✅ What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in Manual QA testing of complex applications
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems or a keen interest in AI quality assurance
- Experience with Jira, Allure, defect management, and exploratory testing
- Understanding of prompt engineering, prompt injection risks, memory handling, and agent behavior validation
- Ability to analyze logs and support root-cause investigations
⭐ Nice to have: AI Quality, LLM Security, Adversarial Testing, OWASP AI/LLM security practices.
