Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role as a QA Engineer at CompUp. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our QA team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the reliability and usability of our applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements and test new features before they go live.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of CompUp applications.
Write, update, and execute test cases based on product requirements.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily standups and sprint planning.
Contribute to improving QA processes and practices.
Learn and grow toward automation testing as you gain experience.
Qualifications-
1+ years of hands-on experience testing SaaS applications
Strong analytical mindset with solid quantitative skills
Familiarity with QA best practices and software testing methodologies
Proven ability to create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Comfortable working closely with developers and product teams in a collaborative environment
Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a nice-to-have, but not required
