- Manual Testing, SOAP UI, Postman and API Testing.
- Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, creating reusable test assets, and executing tests.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Performs audit functions to ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
- Coordinates delivery of scoped activities within a software build.
- Develops and executes manual and automated test cases.
- Files descriptive and accurate defect reports as necessary.
- Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.
- Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvement of processes to address business needs.
- Documents all problems and assists in their resolution.
- Participates in the delivery of quality process training to technical teams.
- Basic knowledge of database Microsoft SQL Server series.
- Effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Collaborative; enjoys working in teams.
- Self-starter and motivated.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on/manage multiple tasks concurrently.
