Responsibilities
Develop the quality assurance strategy links true customer SATISFACTION indicators to engineering effectiveness
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities and cycles
Develop and manage all the testing/quality control related activities and resources, e.g. identifying potential risks, test plan, manual test scripts, test cases suit, test account and data, defect tracking backlog and reports and others
Design and execute different testing for web based and mobile applications platform according to the corresponding document, e.g. functional, usability & performance testing
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Testing experience in web based and mobile applications platform
Skills in MS Office and SQL is a must
Knowledge of emulator, simulator and other factors and tools used in testing
Well-versed with Waterfall and Agile Development and Testing Process
Able to think from different viewpoints and systematically draft test cases according to different user experience journeys
Automation testing experience and government project testing experience is a huge advantage
Familiar with load test / stress test (JMeter skill) is a huge advantage
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
