Job Description

  • Conduct quality inspections and assessments on vehicles in accordance with company standards and operational procedures.
  • Perform functional and visual inspections to identify vehicle defects, damages, or quality issues, and ensure accurate documentation of inspection results.
  • Verify that vehicle conditions meet quality and safety requirements before operational use or handover.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of quality findings, corrective actions, and operational metrics.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor recurring quality issues and provide recommendations to improve inspection processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure quality assurance activities are executed in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and risk control guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, and other stakeholders, to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance inspection accuracy, quality standards, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, vehicle inspection, automotive engineering, fleet operations, or a closely related field.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, vehicle components, and quality inspection standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage routine operational responsibilities, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
  • Capable of identifying vehicle defects or abnormalities through both visual inspection and functional testing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in preparing inspection records and operational reports.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured operational environment.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced operational setting and perform field inspections when required.
