Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes. This position involves a combination of quality inspection, audits, and analysis to maintain compliance with industry standards such as CGMP and ISO 13485. The Quality Generalist will work closely with various departments to facilitate effective quality management practices.
Duties
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using various methods, including vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines.
Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to internal and external standards.
Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality.
Maintain documentation related to quality control processes and results.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality inspection or related field, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
Familiarity with CGMP regulations and ISO 13485 standards is highly desirable.
Proficient in using coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
