Job Description:
The successful candidate will supervise the Quality Assurance Team for in-process and final visual inspection and repair of moderate to highly complex patterns on glass substrates utilizing stereo zoom and high power microscopes. You will be also be responsible for inspecting films, master plates or production photomasks for workmanship type defects; clean all finished product; verify that all customer specifications have been met; any certifications are generated; and the packaging conforms to customer expectations.
Primary Duties:
Supervise the Quality Assurance Team members assuring all finished products are inspected, verified, and conform to the customer’s specifications and expectations.
Create and/or revise documented instructions and procedures residing in our controlled database that pertain to quality.Maintain all quality system procedures and work instructions
Direct workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
Interface with production management to develop and implement training programs asrequired.
Perform inspection and product repair
Excellent oral and writing skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in related field or a minimum of five years related supervisory experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
