To assist the Head of Department in monitoring and supervising outgoing QA, final process, outsource, customer complaint and warranty claim.
To verify customer reject parts, internal, external NCR, CCR recall report, monthly quality report, rejection report, DN summary report and NCR reply.
To conduct and follow up on internal and external meeting due to quality issue or customer complaint.
To attend customer quality review and debit note/credit note issue meeting.
To handle, follow up, monitor and analysis of customer complaint (OEM and REM), rejection, defect and warranty claim issue.
To follow up, monitor and analysis of effectiveness of NCR pre-action implemented and production improvement running change.
To feedback to in process regarding any quality issue at customer side and outsource.
To monitor the down line job function and daily inspection output and manpower arrangement.
To prepare internal and external quality report to superior.
To assist the Head Of Department in developing, updating, monitoring procedures that all product consistently follows standards system requirements.
To develop and monitor the effectiveness of QA implementation system such as method, procedures for inspection, accuracy and reliability.
To develop method checking for Outgoing QA (OQA).
To supervise subordinate for daily report submitting and quality summary report.
To supervise and control all inspection activities for final process and outgoing inspection.
To ensure staffs teamwork, cooperation and discipline among all subordinates.
To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
To be involved in the IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S and any other activities that may be introduced by the Management from time to time.
To identify risk opportunities in the process, evaluate the risks, control the risks and communicate to all subordinates.
To reduce life cycle impact of process to the environment.

Degree/Diploma or minimum SPM with relevant experience.
At least one (1) year related working experience.
Computer literate.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English Language, Mandarin, and other Chinese dialects.
Possess knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 (if any).
