About the Role
The QC Reviewer is responsible for performing quality control including daily in-process quality control on various projects and training employees in laboratory sciences, including other QC Reviewers. The QC Reviewer ensures that all project-related documentation is filled out accurately and in a timely manner by the analysts and that all procedures are respected as per the company’s SOPs.

What You’ll Do Here
• Train other laboratory sciences staff on how to QC tables, reports, notebooks
• Assist in performing daily in-process quality control on multiple projects inter-team
• Verify forms/paperwork, reports, and data tables generated by the analysts and scientists
• Collaborate with Scientists to ensure tables, reports, and notebooks across a platform are in harmony
• Responsible for the quality within the laboratory according to GLP, regulatory agencies requirements and internal SOPs
• Support and mentor analysts during the generation of supplementary information forms to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
• Harmonize of techniques, procedures, and documentation between analysts in the laboratory
• Conducts all work in compliance with applicable SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and observe all company guidelines and policies
• Perform process verification QC: develops process, execute and report
• Assist in editing/reviewing department specific SOPs and forms to ensure consistency
• Assist in archive processes for electronic and physical facility data
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• College/University Degree in life sciences, engineering or English preferred
• Experience in medical or pharmaceutical or teaching fields
• 2+ years data review and QC in the scientific/technical field
• Understanding of SOPs and GLP regulations required
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office suite proficiency
• English proficiency required to read, speak and write
• Working knowledge of descriptive statistics
• Able to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Works effectively and cooperatively in a team environment under significant time pressure
• Attention to detail and consistent ability to operate with accuracy and quality
• Good organizational skills with respect to sample pretreatment procedures and raw data handling
• Good communication and able to work with different teams and departments
• Strong leadership skills
