Your impact

The QA/QC Administrator (m/w/d) supports the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control function by managing documentation, records, inspection reports, and correspondence to ensure compliance with project specifications, ISO 9001 standards, and client/regulatory requirements.

This is a document-control and coordination role, ensuring the QA/QC department operates efficiently and traceably throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control QA/QC documentation on EIDA, SharePoint and any other software applications in use on the project
  • Log, track, and follow up on NCRs, Quality Observation Reports (QORs), Isometric metadata, walkdown drawing coordination, technical Submittals and First of Kind Status
  • Prepare, format, and issue QA/QC reports to project management and client representatives
  • Maintain document control systems and management of large data used to set up trackers and reports
  • Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to collect required quality documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company QMS procedures and applicable German/EU regulatory and industry standards
  • Support internal and external audits by organizing and retrieving requested records and provide training for the use of EIDA and/or any other workflows put in place

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in a QA/QC administrative or document control role, preferably on a pharmaceutical project
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems; construction/engineering project environment experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with document control software is a plus
  • Fluent English and communicative German skills
