We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to join our Operations team and help maintain the highest product quality standards.
Job Summary
The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards by conducting inspections throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and approve finished products, in-process production, and incoming materials.
Conduct visual and measurement tests to ensure conformance to specifications.
Document inspection results in reports, logs, and databases.
Communicate necessary adjustments to production staff and supervisors.
Ensure measuring equipment is maintained and calibrated properly.
Promote a safe and healthy work environment by following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of engineering prints, documentation, and inspection methods.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be a self-starter with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Work Environment & Requirements
Work is performed in both manufacturing and office environments.
Regular physical activity: sitting, standing, bending, lifting.
Required PPE: safety glasses and steel-toed shoes in designated areas.
May be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
