Dynamic young QA-QC Engineer required for our office in GIDC Makarpura (Vadodara) and new factory coming up in Por (Vadodara)
Qualification
Diploma / BE – Mechanical
NDT Level II
Experience
min. 4-6 years of relevant QA-QC/ Welding Engineer experience from fabrication industry
Key Responsibilities
Shall carry out Quality Inspection of jobs at various level, handle TPI during Final Inspection
Shall be responsible for developing SOPs / QAP
Shall be competent to read the Drawings & quality related requirements
Shall be able to control and train the team of Welders / Fitters
Shall be responsible for handling external Quality Audits – ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Shall be responsible to monitor all manufacturing processes on shop floor, develop strong control systems to ensure compliance to specification & standards
Shall be responsible to handle technical discussions with Clients / TPI / Design Team
Shall coordinate communication with all functions
Shall be responsible for Root Cause Analysis for product / process failures (if any)
