Our comprehensive approach ensures high-quality construction services in Dubai and the UAE.About the RoleINSPECTIONSâ–¬ Incoming material inspection civil, structural, paint & chemicals.â–¬ Issue MIR to customer in coordination with PE/SE where required.â–¬ Coordinate third party material inspection as per ITP and record all inspection reports in server.â–¬
Site survey visual and dimensional.â–¬ Civil, Structural, Steel bridge, lift, Pedestrian bridge maintenance work inspection.â–¬ Coordinate surveyor inspections where required.â–¬ On site paint inspection, Visual, DFT, RAL colours etc.â–¬ Final Inspection and JMS in coordination with PE/SE with customer / consultant representatives.â–¬ Quality representative of the company in all site inspections with Consultant/Client.â–¬ Any other inspection not specified above but required by the client/customer or directed by QAQC Manager.
DOCUMENTSâ–¬ Develop Inspection & Test Plan as per the Method Statement, project specification, and relevant international standards.â–¬ Prepare Checklist and Inspection Forms/Formats, in line with client template if applicable.â–¬ Review method statement as per project specification, specific work activity and customers /consultant comments.â–¬ Review material submittals / sample submittals in coordination with project team.â–¬ Keep log up to date and record of all quality submittals with customers in coordination with document controller.â–¬
Prepare training requirement analysis, coordinate internal / external quality training, and keep the certificate records and logs up to date.â–¬ Keep all quality inspections records (internal and third party).â–¬ Be familiar with project specification, requirement, and job-related international standards.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMSâ–¬ Issue NCR to internal or subcontractor when found any non-conformity exceeding limit.â–¬ Record and coordinate Lesson learned, maintain log.â–¬ Assist project team to develop project objectives and periodic monitoring.â–¬ Calibration of all measuring instruments, maintain log.â–¬ Assist in sub-contractor Audits to auditing team. Verify subcontractor evaluation.â–¬ Attend monthly QHSE meeting.â–¬ Support Safety, Health and

culture of the company.â–¬
Promotion
and support company policy and objectives and support in fulfilling IMS requirement.â–¬ Follow any other instructions provided by QA QC Manager.
