Job Description – QA QC EngineerJob Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA-QC Engineer to ensure that all processes, materials, and products meet stringent quality standards while adhering to industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience and play a crucial role in maintaining quality assurance and control across all phases of oil and gas projects.
Middle East experience is mandatory. ADNOC approval is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA):
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for all project phases, including construction, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure all project documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Conduct audits and system reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide guidance on interpreting quality standards and implementing best practices.
2.Quality Control (QC):
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â EConduct inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry quality standards.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor and verify welding, fabrication, and construction activities.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Perform non-destructive testing (NDT), including ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MPT), and radiographic testing (RT).
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports

3.Documentation & Reporting:
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare detailed quality reports, including inspection records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and compliance certificates.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Submit regular quality performance updates and support in compiling final project documentation.
4.Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance:
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure all quality activities align with HSE regulations and best practices.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations to mitigate quality-related safety risks.
5.Supplier & Vendor Management
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Evaluate suppliers and vendors based on their ability to meet quality standards.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Conduct supplier audits to ensure material and service quality.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage supplier performance and resolve quality-related issues.
6.Training & Development:
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
1.Education:
○      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2.Experience:
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â 5 to 7 years of experience in the Middle East in QA-QC roles within the oil and gas sector.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â ADNOC approval is preferred.
3.Technical Skills:
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong knowledge of QA-QC procedures, construction methodologies, and industry standards.Â
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Proficiency in non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques and welding inspection.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Familiarity with project documentation, compliance tracking, and audit processes.
â—‹Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4.Soft Skills:
