JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead and manage terminal and host certification processes with international card brands and local banks (e.g., Brand L3 Certification, VCCS).
Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for both payment transaction flows (Card, Installments, QR) and Backoffice management portals.
Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing covering customer payment triggers, ISO 8583 message handling, Backoffice status updates, merchant fee calculations, and settlement/reconciliation workflows.
Analyze transaction logs, ISO 8583 message bits, and Backoffice database records to identify, isolate, and debug system defects.
Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and external partners/certification authorities to resolve technical issues.
Maintain certification environments, test simulators, and test data for continuous system validation and release sanity checks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in fintech, payment gateway (PG), card acquiring/issuing, or financial back-office operational systems
In-depth knowledge of ISO 8583 message structure, field formats, and payment transaction flows (including installment processing and QR code payment specs/EMVCo QR)
Practical experience in REST API testing and validation using tools like Postman
Hands-on experience with Card Brand & Bank Certifications (e.g., Visa L3/VCCS, Mastercard M-TIP, EMV L3, or local bank certifications)
Experience in testing Backoffice features such as merchant onboarding, terminal management, fee/commission setup, batch processing, and financial reconciliation/reporting
Ability to execute complex test scenarios involving partial cancellations, installment plans, dynamic/static QR payloads, and database data integrity checks
Familiarity with payment simulators, ISO message parsers, log analysis tools, and database verification using SQL (Oracle SQL, MySQL, etc.)
