The (QA/QC) Technician is responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and quality audits across raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with Cem Serv’s internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations. The role supports continuous improvement initiatives, identifying non-conformities and contributes to maintaining product quality and process integrity throughout the production cycle both real-time product quality assurance and the ongoing improvement of quality systems, documentation, and compliance frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods
Conduct tests according to standards using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, DP tests, etc
Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records and report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Ensure all products meet Cem Serv’s internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, CEMA)
Support internal audits and compliance verifications
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend improvements
Monitor process control parameters and report deviations
Ensure calibration and proper use of all quality tools and equipment
Assist in maintaining quality inspection stations and related tools
Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and inspections
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports
Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits when needed
Adhere and follow all HSE procedures while performing quality tasks
Report any unsafe practices or incidents promptly
Qualification
Diploma’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field
+4 years of experience

Ability to use inspection tools and test equipment effectively
