We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance/ Quality Controller to join our Product Design & Development (PDD) team, focused on ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in our luxury furniture collections. This role will also play a key part in implementing and optimizing SAP Quality Management (QM) systems as part of our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC processes, standards, and SOPs.
Perform inspections and quality audits on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
Ensure all products meet the PDD team’s quality standards and design specifications.
Investigate product defects, document non-conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspection results, and resolutions.
SAP QM Implementation
Collaborate in the rollout and customization of SAP QM for furniture production workflows.
Align system processes with on-ground activities through close coordination with IT, production, and PDD teams.
Conduct system testing, user training, and ongoing support for SAP QM features such as quality inspections, quality notifications, and credit note requests.
Contribute to digital initiatives aimed at improving quality data visibility and traceability.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and manage QA documentation including inspection reports, deviation logs, and SOPs.
Generate real-time quality reports using SAP and other business intelligence tools.
Ensure compliance with quality management standards such as ISO 9001 or other relevant systems.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze production data to identify recurring quality issues or improvement opportunities.
Support company-wide initiatives to foster a culture of quality awareness through workshops and training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, ideally within the furniture or luxury manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) module implementation is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and CAPA methodologies.
Proficiency in quality reporting tools and ERP systems (especially SAP and BI dashboards).
Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
