As an international company, we are looking for a QA/QC Manager based in Baku Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.

Advance quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.

Develop and implement the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operational activities.

Plan duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules.

Establish service standards for end users (internal departments or external customers).

Identify and develop QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all QA/QC personnel.

Take full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions are complete.

Inspection and Process Management:

Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and internal standard practices.

Manage project site integrity through failure analysis reporting systems and follow up on recommendations.

Oversee supervision of all visual inspections, including third-party subcontractors.

Manage inspection testing plans for new construction, repair work, and alterations.

Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.

Manage construction processes, equipment, inspection, personnel certification, and QMS internal audits.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with safety programs and local jurisdictional and regulatory authorities.

Fulfill additional duties assigned by the Supervisor within the scope of responsibilities and work objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.

Excellent English language skills (Advanced Level).

Strong competencies in communication, planning, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving.
