Aramco Approved Quality Manager:
Develop and implement quality policies and procedures in accordance with Aramco standards.
Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications and requirements.
Work with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Define project and portfolio KPIs
Develop annual quality plans and ensure it is properly implemented.
Ensure lessons learned are well understood at the start of projects.
Automate technical quality checks
Manage and supervise a team of quality engineers and inspectors and provide mentorship and training as needed. Review and approve quality documentation such as inspection reports, test plans and quality records.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Attend meetings with customers and regulators to discuss quality issues and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Perform evaluations and audits of suppliers to assess their ability to meet quality requirements.
Qualifications & Years of Experience:
Minimum Bachelors in Engineering
Key Skills & Technical Competencies:
Experience working on refinery projects
Aramco approval is mandatory
