At Wehunt, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company involved in national and international projects.
Mission:
We are looking to hire a QA/QC Site Manager specialized in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (E&I) projects to lead quality assurance and control activities on-site within a technically demanding and multinational environment. This role will be the main point of reference for all quality matters on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and client requirements, particularly in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the quality management system, maintaining compliance with technical and regulatory standards, and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project execution.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, and project regulations.
Lead and coordinate the site quality team, identifying training needs when necessary.
Work closely with project management, engineering, construction, planning, subcontractors, and the client to ensure project quality requirements are met.
Supervise and validate quality inspections and testing.
Review and approve quality reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings.
Manage non-conformity reports and corrective action processes.
Ensure proper maintenance and traceability of all quality records.
Requirements (M/F/D):
Degree in Engineering, with strong knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience as QA/QC Manager in industrial energy, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects.
At least 5 years of experience working in projects in Europe, with proven knowledge of applicable EU directives.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading quality teams on-site.
Strong ability to interpret and apply project specifications and technical codes.
Advanced knowledge of EN and ISO standards applicable to electrical and instrumentation works.
Fluent in English (oral and written) – English is the official language of the project.
Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites when required.
