Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee all quality assurance and control activities for data center construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects meet the required standards, codes, and regulations.
Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for data center development, considering factors such as location, infrastructure, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including business development / sales, project development, engineering, finance, and legal, to develop comprehensive strategies for data center site selection and development.
Generating leads and managing relationships with deal sources like investment bankers and vendor and buy-side intermediaries.
Share market and competitive intelligence component of strategic planning, and proactively make recommendations to management concerning key intelligence items that require further consideration.
Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of centers of influence to assist in originating proprietary transactions
Manage a pipeline of proprietary opportunities from origination to deal close.
Evaluate and recommend deal structure. Also, assist in the execution.
Experience & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent understanding of data center infrastructure, including MEP systems, cooling, and electrical distribution.
Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and quality control processes.
Proficiency in project management software, quality management software, and MS Office Suite.
