Qualifications:

B.Sc in Civil Engineering with major experience in large villas projects (500+ villas or more). Experience in villas in UAE is a must. Responsibilities:  Manage all major QA/QC activities required to construct the Project (for Contractor as well as subcontractors) and provide timely written documentation as described in each Project’s specific Contract documents. Ensure that the Project is constructed in accordance with the established Project standards.

Chair and document weekly QC meetings with the PM & Quality Team, providing written minutes as described in project specific contract documents. Ensure written daily QC reports that reinforce activities being constructed in conformance with each specific project’s established standards and constructively confront non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner. Direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process, collaborating with in-house personnel (e.g., Project Managers, Engineers) and external personnel to produce and document the quality of the works.

Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications, leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary. Verify and document that all materials received for the Project conform with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are acceptable for Project use. Conduct periodic follow-up inspections to verify that work is proceeding with the contract documents and the approved submittals.
