The QA/QC Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions across all phases of the project to ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications.
Qualifications:
Must be approved by Saudi Aramco with provable documentation (non-approved applicants will be automatically disqualified).
Shall possess a university degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum ten (10) years of direct experience in quality-related activities, including:
At least five (5) years in managing and supervising quality systems and construction activities relevant to the Scope of WORK (e.g., oil, gas, petrochemical projects, infrastructure, communication).
In lieu of a university degree, a high school diploma with ten (10) years of inspection experience may be accepted, provided that five (5) years involve direct supervision in relevant construction activities.
Must hold an internationally recognized certification in auditing ISO 9001 or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in the application of quality standards and criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent.
Lead audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements, client specifications, and applicable standards.
Supervise and coordinate QA/QC staff to ensure effective quality control throughout all project phases.
Interface with client representatives and regulatory bodies to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare and submit QA/QC plans, inspection test plans, and reports.
Ensure that non-conformance reports are tracked and closed out in a timely manner.
Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality management procedures and standards.
