We are looking for an experienced Solar and BESS QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for large-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing QA/QC processes on utility-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA/QC plans for solar and BESS projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installations.
Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC best practices and procedures.
Report on QA/QC performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any risks or quality concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in QA/QC management for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
In-depth knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations relevant to solar energy and energy storage systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues early in the project.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality Management, or Renewable Energy are preferred.
