We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 8 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a QA/QC Manager to join our team.

Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite.

Responsibilities

Planning and conducting quality audits and inspections to verify the implementation of quality control

Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site

Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements

Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies, carrying out quality inductions with new companies

Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved

Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records

Oversee various on-site activities (calibration, equipment verifications, specific tooling requirements etc)

Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover

Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on-site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility

Take ownership of company policies and procedures on site (Tagging Processes, First of Kinds, NCRs etc)

Carry out quality workshops and tool box talks as required

Review processes for continual improvements and Lean efficiencies

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects

BS in Construction Management or Engineering

Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software

Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling

Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes
