QA/QC Manager, Building Construction
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the UAE building construction sector and must have worked with main contractors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee quality management systems, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and policies as per UAE construction regulations and standards.
Monitor and enforce quality standards across all phases of building construction projects.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality control measures are followed.
Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and documentation reviews.
Lead and manage the QA/QC team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices.
Identify and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the UAE construction industry.
Previous experience with a main contractor (consultancy experience will not be considered).
In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Proven expertise in quality management, audits, and inspections.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
