Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Manager located in Dubai. The QA/QC manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction materials, methods, and workmanship comply with the specifications and standards outlined in the project plans and regulatory requirements. The QA/QC manager will oversee the quality control process and provide recommendations for corrective actions to improve quality and the construction process. They will also lead the quality assurance process to verify that quality standards are being met throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Experience working with inspection agencies and regulatory bodies
Experience in managing quality control efforts in the construction industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Certifications in quality control, such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt, are beneficial
