AMBY Development is currently seeking a qualified QA/QC Manager to join our growing team in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
- Oversee quality inspections and testing activities for civil and structural works.
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
- Review material submittals, test certificates, and inspection reports for compliance.
- Lead site quality inspections, witness testing activities, and participate in handover inspections.
- Ensure proper maintenance and control of quality records, documentation, and project dossiers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in construction field, ideally with a general contractor or developer.
Proficiency in construction management/ERP software (such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, Viewpoint, AutoCAD, Revit)
